基于井下实测工况数据的掘进机故障诊断研究

Research of fault diagnosis technology of roadheader base on underground measured working condition data

摘要: 针对目前由于缺少适合的设备,针对掘进机的故障诊断研究还处在模拟仿真阶段的现状,通过搭建的大容量数据记录仪,采集了掘进机井下实际生产时的各状态信号,对掘进机截割臂的振动信号进行具体分析,统计其无量纲指标,选取峭度指标和裕度指标并采用设备趋势管理方法,确定了掘进机截割臂振动信号的警戒水平和危险水平,提出了井下掘进机的简易故障诊断方法。

Abstract: Roadheader, as the core equipment of coal face, is very vital to be condition monitored and fault diagnosis.Otherwise there is lack of suitable equipment, the research is still in the phase of simulation.By build the large capacity data recorder,condition signals of underground working roadheader can be collected.After this, we specific analyze the vibration signal, count the dimensionless index , select of kurtosis index and margin index and adopt trend of equipment management method. Then the machine vibration signal of cutting arm alert level and risk level have been determined and simple fault diagnosis method of underground roadheaderis proposed.
